Hello everyone,

Here are a few words, as an introduction. My name is Karine and I’m a fan of music. Of music, literature and writing. I read, I listen to music, I write, I listen to music when I read and there’s music when I write! I hope that my collaboration with CTN-MUSIC.COM will give me the chance to make you discover the artists, mostly Canadians, that I love. Because it’s a collaboration, your comments and suggestions will be welcome. I write for you, so don’t hesitate to give me feedback!
I decided to use the concept of “Musicography” to identify the major artists’ articles. It’s a little bit different from musicology, a science which studies the musical forms and styles. With musicography I will write about musicians and their music and, even if it doesn’t have scientific purpose, I hope I will reach more people.
I also propose to split my articles in two categories: “Musicography” and “Artistic news”. In this last one, I will propose small articles about musical news. I hope these categories will help you to surf easier in the website.
